Customer Service

Returns:
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. All items must be returned in their original packaging. You are responsible for freight back to our warehouse. A mandatory 25% restocking charge will be applied to all returns, unless item is defective, damaged, or other arrangements have been made with Customer Service. All returns must receive an authorization # from our Customer Service Representative. Please e-mail customerservice@mayerspackaging.com for authorization.

Refunds:
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 7 - 14 business days of our receiving your return.

Shipping:
Mayers Packaging will ship anywhere in Canada and the 48 contiguous US states. Freight rates and any applicable taxes and duties vary according to weight and size of the items, in addition to the shipping location. We offer competitive shipping rates, however, if you have a preferred carrier, please indicate this when you place your order. Shipping rates will be determined once your order is received. Please contact customerservice@mayerspackaging.com if you have any question regarding our shipping rates.

Unless you are an established Mayers Packaging customer with terms, orders will not ship until payment is received.

Backorders:
Your order may have backorders. If you prefer to have your order shipped complete, please note this on your order form.

Minimum order:
If you have a specific quantity in mind, please contact customerservice@mayerspackaging.com to discuss minimum requirements. Our minimum sale per item is one case pack. Please refer to our online catalogue for the specific item you are interested in ordering.

Methods of Payment:
We accept Visa, American Express and Mastercard. If you are an established Mayers Packaging customer with terms, please indicate your customer number on your order form.

How to Order:
Once you have reviewed our online catalogue and are ready to place your order, there are some options to choose from:

1. Contact our Order Desk at the location nearest to you. Please see the top of the page for our phone numbers.
2. E-mail us your order. Make sure that you complete the order form by filling in the contact information at the bottom of the page. Be sure that you have filled in your telephone number and e-mail address, so that we can contact you to confirm your order. You may provide us with your form of payment on line, or you may provide us with payment when we confirm your order.
3. You may visit one of our showrooms to view our products.
4. Place your order online.

Taxes:
Taxes (PST and GST), where applicable are extra.

Prices:
All prices are stated in Canadian dollars. All purchases are charged in Canadian dollars.

Privacy:
Mayers Packaging does not provide or sell any of the information that you enter to third parties.
